Ignoring blank cells/zeroes in raw data when using Count in a Pivot Table.

    Hi,

I am trying to make a simple Pivot Table.  How do I stop the Pivot Table from counting a zero or blank cell?

Each of the zero/blank cells in the raw data contains a fomula, so I assume the Pivot table counts this text?  Anyone know how to stop it?

    Hi Lisette

Right click on Field  for your Data values
Select Field Settings and scroll down Summarize value by and select Count Numbers
