Numerous issues

I am have issue with Ecell lately. This has happened to me before and I deleted the program and reinstalled it and it was fine for a while. I am unable to do the following because they are greayed out.

I cannot Save; Save as; cut, copy, or paste unless it is the entire row, column, or worksheet; add or removed worksheets; all protection functions. I cant view a protected worksheet without unprotecting it.

This is very frustrating as all of these are items i use daily.

Any thought of how to fix would be wonderfull. I am using version 2002.

I have no idea of what could be wrong with your Excel program.
An approach you can try is...

1.  Uncheck all add-in in Tools | Add-ins
2.  Close Excel
3.  Delete your Excel.xlb file,  possibly found in...
     C:\Documents and Settings\name\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel
     (you will lose all custom changes to the menu and toolbars)
4.  Restart Excel and do "Detect and Repair" found on the Help menu.
5.  Reinstall your add-ins (one at a time). 
6.  Clear your windows Temp folder... Start | Run | %Temp%

7.  Report back.
