Relative Newbie To Excel and Excel 2007 Requires Help.

    Hey,

Im a relative newbie to excel and excel 2007 and since starting current employment, it requires me to use it quite often.

I am currently creating a spreadsheet where a I have to chose a make of vehicle, with the next cell choosing a particular model for that make but would like to know how I can narrow this down so that if I for instance in cell a2 chose a particular make(Ford/VW/Dodge etc) that if I go into cell B2 I can chose the particular model for that particular make without the need to chose from every single model.

Another problem that I have is in the make cell, currently I have to chose from the list, where as I would like to press a particular key(F,V,D) and it would cut straight to the makes of vehicle under this letter.

Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Many Thanks

    .Taff.
